After GTV board meetings, I often find the need to express ideas and thoughts generated by the process and discourse (more specifically the lack of process and discourse) in the decision making process. The essays, writings, and reflections are mine alone. I do not intend to offend anyone but to defend against those who offend the sensibilities with unjustified opinions, ignorance, arrogance, and elitism.
